As you can see from the video, the program nutrition guide is CRITICAL to your success.  I see so many people ditch the guide and then complain that they didn’t get the results they had hoped for in 90 days.  That’s because the nutrition is at least 60% of the equation!  Bad nutrition equals minimal results.

Doing just the exercise portion of the program is great… and you will feel much better and even start to look better.  But to get to those lower body fat percentages where you see abs and your defined muscles really start to pop… well, you have to absolutely nail your nutrition.  There’s just no way around it.

The old saying is “You can’t out exercise a bad diet”.  And it’s true!  So if you are exercising a lot and don’t seem to be getting the results that you are looking for… I guarantee that you are sabotaging your results with the fork.  It’s a certainty.

So whether you are doing a program right now, starting a program in the future, or just exercising and not getting results… it’s time to work on your nutrition.  And for those doing programs, this means understanding and following your program nutrition guide!
