How To Do Plyo Push Ups

Watch the video to see how to do plyo push ups in P90X.  This is one of the more advanced moves from the P90X workout Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps.

In the video, I talk about how to do basic plyo push ups, using just hands on either toes or knees (modified version).  Then I show how to basically go “full airborne”, getting your feet and hands in the air during the push up.  With a little practice, plyo push ups are not that hard!!
