Get RipppedTwo years ago, I had no plan to get ripped… I just wanted to lose weight and avoid the impending health problems that I was beginning to experience.  Not only did I stumble upon the the key to losing weight (yes, I lost 55 lbs), I found the secret to get ripped and it is not as hard as one would think!!  Yes it does take hard work, we are not talking about gimmicks here…  but I found the no kidding solution to my health and weight problems.  Read this entire article and take my CALL to action at the end in order to start your journey down the the weight loss path and eventually you too could GET RIPPED!

The Basic Plan to Get Ripped

The secret to shedding those extra pounds the get ripped way is to have a plan and structure.  Something that will keep you accountable.  Something you can follow every day and when you miss a day, you know you have to make that workout up.  Most people enter a gym and have no real plan to find success.  They have no variety in their routines and they get bored.  I am here to show you programs and coach you through them that will show you the path to structure and variety, thus ensuring that you stick with them.

The way to get ripped or lose weight is to work with a coach on program like P90X, Insanity, Body Beast, Les Mills Pump, Turbofire, Brazil Butt Lift (and others that I will not list right now).  These programs are at all different fitness levels, focus on muscle hypertrophy (how you will get ripped and lose weight!), and can be customized to be effective specifically for you!  The best part is that these workouts can be done in your home, with little to no equipment, and for a lot less than you will spend on personal trainers and gym fees.  And you will see better results.

These programs are designed by master trainers, structured to optimized results, and have variety that will keep you engaged throughout the 60-90 cycle.  They have nutrition plans as well so that you can eat to shed pounds and get lean.  There are all kinds of measures in place to routinely show you progress and feed your desire to keep going and continue to lean out and get ripped.  You can actually see this process happening day in and day out as you complete the workouts.  I will show you my transformation next so that you can see how awesomely effective these programs really are.  Sound fun?  It is!

Get Ripped – My Evolution started out feeling hopeless at 208 lbs.  I just wanted to lose weight and did not think that I would get ripped doing it.  To my surprise I lost over 30 lbs and my body completely changed shape in 3 months.

I was floored.  The best part was that I not only lost the weight, I found a sustainable lifestyle that would keep me happy, healthy, and getting more and more ripped every day.  I kept going and the program and structure kept my head in the game.  My body fat went from over 25% to below 8%.  The entire time I supplemented with P90X Results & Recovery Drink and then used Shakeology to lose those last few body fat percentage and give my body what it needed to show up and push through workouts every day.  This is how I got ripped and now, after 2 years, am still on the path of fitness, happiness, and health.
