I have to say that I was stunned when I watched this video… and it’s proof as to why I am losing body fat with this program. I’m going to strap on the heart rate monitor tonight and see if I can burn 1000 calories in 30 minutes and report back on this blog post. Either way, this is proof of just how awesomely effective a well designed program can be. This is efficient fitness.
